The Neighborhood of the Arts Business Association is chartered with the City of Rochester through the Office of Neighborhood Development.
NOTABA is a collective voice for the diverse businesses located in Rochester’s Historic Neighborhood of the Arts. Our purpose is to help NOTA grow into a vibrant commercial arts district, distinguished by the neighborhood’s unique character. NOTABA brings business owners together to talk, learn, and collaborate. It also provides a critical link to the resources and offices of the City of Rochester.
