You may have received information from me about The Landmark Society’s Inside Downtown Tour, which will be bringing 1,000 people to the Neighborhood of the Arts the last weekend in September.
We will be giving each of those Inside Downtown Tour ticket holders an “Invitation List” – a list of restaurants, shops, galleries or other businesses that would like to invite them to visit their place. The Landmark Society supports healthy, vital neighborhoods – and that means helping you thrive.
If you would like to be listed on the “Invitation List” please email me back asap with the following information:
1. Your business name, location, and a brief (short sentence) about what you are.
2. If you will be open during the hours of the tour (Friday September 28 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturday September 29 from 11 am to 4 pm. Priority will be given to places that can be open for all of the tour hours, if space is limited on the “Invitation List.”
3. If you will offer an incentive to people showing an Inside Downtown Tour ticket – and what that incentive is.
Please note an incentive is not necessary to be on the list, but it will encourage people to visit. It could be a discount, a buy one get one, or even (if you are not a retail place) refreshments.
